BLOG SHOOTS

Are for photographing content to be posted to a personal blog or instagram account. Blog shoots are booked by the amount of looks (outfit, hair, or make up changes). Shoots for products and sponsored posts are charged an hourly rate and can also include outfits, lifestyle, fitness, and etc for your personal blog or instagram account.

It is recommended that you book your shoot 1-2 weeks in advance. We are happy to consult on locations and the best times for blog shoots. Travel outside of Chicago will require an additional fee. You'll receive at least 50% of the images edited to correct color and lighting. The current turn around time is 24- 72 hours unless otherwise stated. Photos are delivered digitally via dropbox. Photos will be sized for web. Invoices are emailed and must be paid in full in order to receive your images.

BOOKING

 

Single shoots and quoted projects

 

A 50% retainer is required and is non refundable and separate from the cancellation policy. 

Rush turnaround requested after your shoot date is subject to an additional fee.

Retouching; skin, hair, clothing, etc is an additional $15 per image

There is no late fee but your shoot time will not be extended because you are late. The start time is the start time with or without you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

In order to be fair to clients who need to be photographed and receive their photos by a certain date we have the following policies

​

Late cancellation: Any shoot cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot will be charged $25.00

No Show: Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment  or clients that do not show up will be charged $50.00

THIRD-PARTY INTEREST (SHARING PHOTOS)

​

We understand your excitement when your photos are shared by businesses and brands, but there are some standards that can't be misunderstood or overlooked. We're not here to be hard on you, we're here to help. We understand that blogging is more popular than ever now a day.

​

If a third party other than yourself or your photographer wants to use your photos, please contact your photographer and we will either share or sell usage rights to the interested party. Although you pay to be photographed, the copyright to the images remains with the photographer. Blog photos are sent to the blogger with a print/publishing release that only gives permission to the blogger to use the photos. Giving the photos to someone else to use without the consent of the photographer is a breach of contract.

 

 

EVENT PHOTOS

Pricing is listed HERE but some projects require a quote that is different from the pricing listed. Event photos have a 1 week turnaround time unless otherwise stated. You will have access to all edited images. Event invoices must be paid 1 week prior to the date of the event. You are not obligated to mention Asia Mariah Photography or to link to our website. If you do mention us, please note that we really appreciate you.

If we discount your event, photos can be uploaded to our website for individual purchase per download. We are happy to work with personal and business budgets. We are also open to adjusting our packages to your needs.

PORTRAIT

​

Pricing is listed HERE. Portraits have a 1-2 week turnaround time unless otherwise stated. You will have access to all edited photos. A 25% non refundable retainer is required to book all portrait shoots. The retainer is deducted from the price of the session fee. The session fee balance is due one week prior to the session date. You are not obligated to mention Asia Mariah Photography or to link to our website. If you do mention us, please note that we really appreciate you.

Asia Mariah Photography reserves the right to post ANY photos taken for clients on its website, facebook, instagram, and newsletter. We do not divulge client business or personal information. Please contact us at artxasia@gmail.com for privacy requests regarding photos.

PROJECT ARCHIVES

​

Are completed projects that will remain accessible to the client for up to one month after the completion of the project. Raw images may be deleted after the completion of the project when the images are delivered to the client. Revisions can be made prior to receiving the photos. Revisions are not guaranteed after the images are received.
